Every report goes through a teacher review step before submission. You see the generated report, can read through it, make any corrections, and only approve it when you are satisfied.

The recording works offline — you can record your lesson even in areas with poor or no internet connection. The audio is stored locally on your device.

How long can recordings be?How long can recordings be?▼
Recordings can be up to 2 hours per session. For a standard lesson (40–60 minutes), this is more than sufficient. For longer sessions such as full-day PLC workshops, we recommend splitting recordings by activity.

Thai is one of our two primary languages — the app was built specifically for Thai schools alongside English. OpenAI Whisper has strong Thai language capability, and the report generation is tuned for Thai educational contexts including Ministry of Education terminology.

Yes. The entire website and web app interface has full Thai language support. Switch between English and Thai using the language toggle in the navigation bar. Your language preference is saved and remembered across all pages.

What happens to my school's recording data?What happens to my school's recording data?▼
Your recordings and transcripts are processed securely. Audio recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription and then to GPT-4 for analysis. OpenAI does not use API data to train their models by default.
Generated reports and transcripts are stored in your school's account and are only accessible to authorised users within your school (teachers, coordinators, and the admin you designate).

The recording captures classroom audio for the purpose of generating teacher documentation. Student voices may be captured as part of the classroom environment.
Reports generated focus on teacher actions, methods, and outcomes — not on individual students. Student names are not included in reports unless the teacher explicitly adds them during the review step.
Schools should follow their own student data policies regarding classroom recording consent, which vary by country and institution.

Yes. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. Audio files are processed using AES-256 encryption standards. We follow industry-standard security practices for all data at rest and in transit.

No IT department required. No software installation. Works in any web browser and on Android phones.

Minimal training is needed. The workflow is: open app → press record → teach → press stop → review report → approve. Most teachers are comfortable after their first or second recording.
We recommend a 10-minute introduction session with teachers, led by the academic coordinator. We can join this session remotely or in person (for Chiang Rai schools) to answer questions.
