For more than fourteen years, I worked as a teacher, coordinator, and educational leader. As a teacher, I experienced these challenges firsthand. As an academic coordinator, I witnessed them on a much larger scale. Before entering education, I earned a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. Although my professional journey led me into teaching, my interest in technology and problem-solving never disappeared. My experience as a coordinator provided a unique perspective. I was no longer looking at the workload of a single teacher. I was looking at the workload of an entire school. Hundreds of lesson plans.
